Every Spring, as the weather gets warmer, many of us are just waiting for barbecue season to arrive. This year, whilst we cannot enjoy the company of family and friends, we can still indulge in that delicious charcoal-grilled taste. That’s why for today’s recipe, we have a tasty Paneer Tikka dish. Paneer tikka can also taste great as a filling (with some chutney, hummus or mint yoghurt), inside a wrap/pitta.
