DICED FILLET STEAK WITH SATAY BLACK PEPPER SAUCE

Ingredients:
240g beef fillet, chopped
½ tbsp minced garlic

Seasonings:
2 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
2 tbsp Yeo’s Black Pepper Sauce

Method:
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the beef fillet in hot oil for a while, set aside.

- Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the beef fillet with seasonings and stir-fry until done.
