Ingredients:
400g fish fillets
2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings:
4 tbsp Yeo’s Sambal Oeleck
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sugar
Method:
- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, set aside.
- Heat pan over medium heat, pan fry fish fillets until cooked.
- Add the mixed seasonings, simmer till the sauce glazes over the fish surface and serve hot.
