Ingredients:
320g Yeo’s Ezy-cook Noodles
150g beef (sliced)
1 egg
50g bean sprouts
1 stem spring onion, chopped
1tbsp cooking oil
SEASONINGS:
4 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
Method:
- Boil the Ezy-cook Noodles for 2 minutes, drained well and set aside.
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Fry the egg with spring onions, then add the beef, bean sprouts and Ezy-cook Noodles.
- Add all the seasonings and stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.
