Ingredients:
200g chicken, chopped
120g dried shallots
10g Chinese mushroom, pre-soaked
80g garlic, diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
¼ carrot, sliced
Seasonings:
2 tbsp Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans
½ tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
Method:
- Stir-fry the chicken in hot oil for a while, set aside.
- Stir-fry the minced garlic and salted soy beans. Add the garlic and dried shallot and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until done. Drizzle sesame oil and serve hot.
