Ingredients:
300g beef fillet, sliced
¼ onion, cubed
¼ red pepper, cubed
¼ green pepper, cubed
Seasonings:
6 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
Method:
- Marinate the beef with 2tbsp of Satay Sauce for 1 hour.
- Heat a pan over the medium heat and stir-fry the onion, red pepper and green pepper.
- Add in the beef and remaining Satay Sauce, stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.
