Sichuan dan dan noodles are made of strong wheat flour produced in the golden wheat-growing area of 36°N latitude. Processed by advanced low-temperature drying technique, our noodles are resistant to boiling but not easy to become pasty. The strong flavor of wheat makes them ideal foods for home life. With the traditional method, we serve dan dan noodles with fried soy beans or peas, which present the highest level of crispness.
